Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window beginning on the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, protective materials, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, stains, alteration, missing packaging, or removed protective components may not qualify for a refund.
To start a return, email support@domain.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our support team will issue an RMA authorization code and provide return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA code may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error or a confirmed quality issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our support team.
Dispute Prevention Notice
If you experience any delivery concern, tracking delay, or quality issue, please contact support@domain.com before opening a bank dispute. A bank-led review can take 60-90 days and may temporarily freeze the resolution process. Our support team can review eligible cases and issue an approved refund to the original payment method within 48 hours after confirmation.
